1. Subject of the Service

A Travel4Wellbeing Pte. Ltd. provides online, holistic individual self-development and energy support to SHE Experience Services are available to female clients in 60- or 90-minute sessions via online video (Google Meet or Zoom).

The methodology works in the unity of body-soul-spirit, combining, among other things:

            • conscious forms of movement (yoga, flow-based movement),

            • mentoring and self-knowledge support,

            • energetic harmonization and intuitive healing techniques.

The services are not considered medical, psychiatric or psychotherapy careand are not a substitute for medical treatment.

2. Booking and payment

Services are booked through the online appointment booking system available on the website.

            •          The fee is payable in advance at the time of booking.

            • Payment in US dollars (USD) happens, Stripe through the system.

            • The reservation becomes valid when the payment has been successfully made.

            • After payment, the Service Provider will send a confirmation email with the details of the reservation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the prices of the service, which, however, does not affect reservations that have already been paid for.

3. Cancellation, modification and no-show

The customer will receive the booked appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment You can cancel and rebook free of charge.

In case of cancellation within 24 hours:

            • the fee paid non-refundable,

            • and cannot be used for a new date (the amount is lost).

In case of cancellation more than 24 hours:

            • the fee paid will be credited,

            • and can be used to book a later event, starting from the date of booking Within 6 months.

            •          No refund is given in such a case.

If the Service Provider cancels the event:

            • the customer can choose full refund, or

            •          new appointment at no extra charge.

No-show:

If the client does not show up for the booked appointment and does not cancel in advance as described above, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a later date.

4. Technical conditions and limitation of liability

To participate in online events, the client must:

            • a stable internet connection,

            • a working camera and microphone,

            • and provide a suitable environment.

The Service Provider does not answer:

            • for technical errors occurring on the client's side,

            • for the termination of the relationship,

            • or for service interruptions resulting from improper device use.

If the connection is interrupted due to technical problems fails on the Service Provider's side, provides a new opportunity at no extra cost.

5. Nature of services and disclaimer

A Travel4Wellbeing its services they do not constitute medical, psychological or psychotherapy care.

            • They do not diagnose, treat any disease, or prescribe any therapy.

            • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

            • The Service Provider supports to the best of its knowledge, but does not guarantee success.

The methodology is spiritual and holistic, non-religious, non-sectarian, non-dogmatic, and does not belong to any health treatment category.

6. Data management and data protection

The Service Provider treats the customer's personal data confidentially, uses it exclusively for the provision and administration of the service, and does not pass it on to third parties.

The detailed rules of data management are set out separately. Privacy Policy which is available on the website.

7. Intellectual property and usage rights

The entire content of the website, including:

            • the SHE Experience methodology,

            • the names and structure of the services,

            • the logo, graphic elements,

            • textual and visual content,

            • description of the programs,

            • as well as the content of the teachings, instructions and materials given on the occasions

Copying, distributing, recording, or using the content for educational or commercial purposes is only possible with the prior written permission of the Service Provider.

Prohibited, among others:

            • copying and reuse in your own or paid program,

            • teaching methodological elements without a license,

            • recording and broadcasting online sessions.

The Service Provider reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use.

8. Pricing, billing, tax information

Prices of services in US dollars (USD) are determined.

The payment Stripe is done through the system.

The Service Provider is a company registered in Singapore and issues invoices from Singapore.

The service is currently VAT-free / GST-free (tax exempt).

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect already paid reservations.

9. Disputes and applicable law

The parties shall primarily seek to resolve disputes through peaceful, direct negotiations.

If this doesn't work:

The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction in any dispute.

The Service Provider responds to incoming inquiries will respond within 72 hours at the latest, especially considering the different time zones.

11. Data security and data protection (GDPR / PDPA compliance)

The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, with particular regard to:

            • the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA),

            • and – in the case of European customers – the GDPR principles (at the level of general data processing compliance).

The data is only

            • to provide the service,

            • for administration

            • and for communication

use it, and only disclose it to third parties for legal compliance or accounting purposes, if necessary.

12. Statement on the nature of the service

The services are spiritual and self-aware, they do not replace medical treatment, therapy or psychological care.

The client declares that:

            • participates in the processes at his own risk,

            • is aware that the method is not a diagnostic tool,

            • and, if necessary, consult a medical or psychological professional.

The Service Provider does not assume responsibility for the decisions, changes, or outcomes that occur in the client's life; the purpose of the process is support, not control.

13. Amendment of the contract

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC.

The changes will take effect upon publication and will not affect previously made and paid reservations.

14. Scope and acceptance

The GTC is valid from the following date:

Once the reservation and payment are made, the customer accepts and acknowledges the conditions set out in the GTC.

1. Scope of Services

Travel4Wellbeing Pte. Ltd. provides holistic, online, one-to-one self-development and energetic support sessions under the SHE Experience method.
The services are available to female clients and are delivered in 60-minute or 90-minute formats via online video platforms (Google Meet or Zoom).

The method integrates body–mind–spirit elements, including:

  • conscious movement practices (yoga, flow-based movement),
  • mentoring and self-awareness support,
  • energetic harmonization and intuitive healing techniques.

These services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment, and are not intended to replace professional medical care.


2. Booking and Payment

Service appointments are booked via the online scheduling system available on the website.

  • Fees are payable in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are made in USD, via Stripe.
  • The booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
  • Upon successful payment, the Service Provider sends a confirmation email containing the booking details.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, such changes do not affect bookings that have already been paid for.


3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours:

  • the fee is non refundableand
  • the amount can not be transferred to another date.

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours in advance:

  • the fee is credited to the client's account,
  • and may be used to book a new session within 6 months from the original booking.
  • Refunds are not provided.

If the Service Provider cancels the session:

  • the client may choose between a full refund or
  • rescheduling the session at no additional cost.

No-show:

If the client does not attend the scheduled session and does not cancel in accordance with the above terms, the fee is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.


4. Technical Requirements and Limitations of Liability

In order to participate in online sessions, the client is responsible for ensuring:

  • stable internet connection,
  • working camera and microphone,
  • appropriate and safe environment for participation.

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • technical failures on the client's side,
  • internet disconnection,
  • or service interruption due to inadequate equipment.

If a session cannot be conducted due to technical issues on the Service Provider's side, a replacement session will be offered at no additional charge.


5. Nature of Service and Professional Disclaimer

The services offered by Travel4Wellbeing:

  • do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition,
  • do not replace therapy, counselling, or medical treatment,
  • and are attended voluntarily and at the client's own responsibility.

The Service Provider offers guidance to the best of her ability, but does not guarantee specific outcomes, healing results, or life changes.

The method is holistic and spiritual in nature, non-religious, non-sectarian, and not associated with any healthcare category.


6. Data Protection and Privacy

The Service Provider treats all client data confidentially and uses it solely for the delivery and administration of the service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website and all materials shared during sessions—including:

  • the SHE Experience methodology,
  • program names and structure,
  • logos and visual identity,
  • written and visual content,
  • guidance, teachings, and session materials—

are The intellectual property of Travel4Wellbeing Pte. Ltd.

Copying, distributing, recording, or using any part of the Service Provider's content for:

  • personal business,
  • paid programs,
  • educational activities,
  • or redistribution

is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

The Service Provider reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorized use.


8. Pricing, Invoicing, and Tax Information

Service fees are defined in USD.
Payment is processed via Stripe.

As a Singapore-registered company, the Service Provider issues invoices from Singapore.
The services are currently GST-exempt / tax-exempt.

The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust pricing, which does not affect already paid bookings.


9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
If no agreement is reached:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Agreement.

The Service Provider responds to inquiries within 72 hours, taking into account time zone differences.


11. Data Security (GDPR / PDPA Alignment)

The Service Provider processes personal data in line with:

  • the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)and
  • the core principles of the GDPR, for clients in the European Union.

Data is used solely for service provision, communication, and legally required administration.

The separate Privacy Policy document provides full details.


12. Client Acknowledgment of the Nature of the Service

The client acknowledges that the services are spiritual and self-development oriented and do not replace therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

The client confirms that:

  • participation is voluntary and at their own responsibility,
  • the method is not diagnostic,
  • and they will seek medical or psychological support if needed.

The Service Provider is not responsible for decisions, life changes, or situations arising from the client's personal process.


13. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

The Service Provider may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Amendments enter into force upon publication and do not affect previously paid bookings.


14. Effective Date and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions take effect on:

25 November 2025

By completing a booking and payment, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms contained herein.
