Sri Lanka healing and yoga retreat – January 2026

Purification and rebirth at the beginning of the year Healing and Yoga Retreat Sri Lanka – January 2026.

There are times when we don't want to travel, but rather to arrive.

To a place where time does not rush, where wisdom resides in the scent of the air, and where the body is not an enemy, but a gateway.

Sri Lanka Healing and Yoga Retreat

Sri Lanka at this time of year, in early January, is not just a tropical island. It's a healing space.
An open palm that gently holds your soul while your body is cleansed, your thoughts quieten, and something new is born within you – slowly but irrevocably.

In January 2026, the Travel4WellBeing invites you to enter the new year consciously, in peace - in body, soul, and spirit.
This journey is more than a journey: a deep inner cleansing, an Ayurveda healing and yoga Retreat - a personalized, yet communal experience.

The program is 11 days in total, of which we spend 9 days In Sri Lanka – in full presence.
The first day is for arrival and settling in, the last for farewell and returning home.
The small group retreat was initially conducted in Hungarian, and then an English version was also available.

Ayurveda healing and yoga retreat – the harmony of the five elements

For five days, Ayurvedic cleansing takes center stage.
During personalized therapies, the body's natural self-healing processes are activated - through a modern, gentle version of the ancient Indian Panchakarma system.
Not self-torture, but gentle letting go.
Bodily processes are monitored by qualified Ayurvedic doctors, whether they are physical or emotional blockages.

All of this is inseparable from movement and presence – as Ayurveda also works with the five elements, just like yoga and qigong practice.
The goal: to return to our own balance, to cleanse ourselves of what no longer serves us, and to make room for the new.

In the unity of Body – Soul – Spirit

Sri Lanka

The remaining four days are about exploring the magical world of the island – but not in a rush, but in the depth of the Buddhist perspective.
Nature walks, visits to monasteries, observing flora and fauna – everything that contributes to peace and connection to culture.
It is not an “exhaustive discovery”, but a journey into an inner space.

As we explore the island's teachings, we constantly explore what we can take home from it.
Yoga, qigong, presence exercises, and energetic mentoring are not just part of the day here – they are bridges between the past and the future, the inner and outer world.

Personal accompaniment, shared rebirth during the healing and yoga retreat.

Sri Lanka Healing and Yoga Retreat

Like everything Travel4WellBeing When traveling, the process begins even before departure:
During a personal conversation, we will map out where you are now and what you need.
We won't let go of your hand even after you return home - the option of follow-up is also available here if you would like to deepen your experiences.

This is a healing retreat, a mental health retreat, and a nature-based wellness retreat.
And above all: an Ayurveda Retreat that will kick off 2026 in a fitting way.
After cleansing the body, soul, and mind, we make room for the new.
Yoga also teaches this: to let go, to open space, and to accept what is truly ours.
