Real change – what does inner work give you and how can you connect?

Introduction – The Third Station of the Inner Journeys
One in previous blog posts I shared with you how my discovery of conscious movement and energies began, and then I also told you why I hold the during mentoring presence as the greatest gift. This third part is about why I believe these inner activities make a real difference in our lives – and how you can find a common path with me.
Why do I believe in real change?

In my interpretation, we are here on Earth to evolve. But this does not happen by itself - we have to work for it. As the old saying goes: “Help yourself, and God will help you.”
This is exactly what inner work is about: being present and doing at the same time. Conscious movement, energy healing, and mentoring all contribute to creating health and unity within ourselves. And when change happens within us, it affects our entire lives.
What will my guests take home?
My guests often describe it as “arriving somewhere” – even if it’s not always the same place.
"Sometimes they release an old pattern,
– other times they allow in a new insight and resource.
Yoga teaches this too: in order for something new to come in, we must first create space, that is, we must let go of something. This dance – the alternation of letting go and accepting – is the basis of all inner work and all journeys.
My message to those who would connect with me now

You can learn alone, but you can grow best through connections. Life is a social game, and there are times when it's worth asking for help. A supportive presence can strengthen your faith, help you break through a rut faster, and make your path more secure.
I believe that you can learn from anyone – and everyone will find their own helper. It is important that there is “chemistry,” trust and love. This is how I approach my guests: openly, with trust and a pure heart. I connect with those who desire exactly that.
Travel4Wellbeing – harmony between internal and external travel
Our journeys together are for me the space where inner and outer journeys meet. Inner work – conscious movement, energy healing, mentoring – are available to me in all forms: online, in person, and even if you don't travel anywhere.
But when all of these come together in a natural setting – mountains, oceans, forests or islands – the experience becomes even more complex. Nature amplifies inner processes, and the journey of self-discovery transforms you in the long term. That’s why all my journeys are nature-centered: because nature itself is the greatest teacher and always leads us back to ourselves.
Closing the series – and an open invitation
This third blog post concludes this three-part mini-series, in which I talked about conscious movement, energies, mentoring, and the possibility of real change. But this is only the first chapter of a longer story: we will revisit the topic of inner journeys many more times, with new perspectives and fresh experiences.
If you feel that these thoughts have spoken to you, I look forward to meeting you: whether in an online process, in personal work, or on a journey of self-discovery, where we embark on a journey together with the power of nature. Because every journey – both internal and external – is about you and finding balance and joy in your own life.
